My transition to Wordpress has been smooth, for the most part. I love Wordpress, and I am happy I made the change. I knew there was a chance I'd lose feedburner readers. I was just sad that I lost 1000 of you. That's a lot of people. One person has already mentioned that she thought I was taking a little holiday break. I'm not. Not yet, at least. I'm here, blogging strong. Working out the kinks. Enjoying the holidays. Come enjoy them with me. :)
While you're here, tell me: Do you prefer reading blogs on the actual site or in a reader?
I prefer reading posts on the actual blogs, but that's b/c I haven't gotten into Reader yet (even though I save blogs to it). I suspect that once I do get into it, I'll prefer that though since it's quicker!

I like reading on the sites. I really have not got into a reader, maybe I should.
ReplyDeleteso far I much prefer on the actual site, but so far haven't used a reader so you can just discount my opinion. I have had a hard time figuring out how to use the feedburners, but like most of these widgity things it takes me a bit of time. good luck!!!

Reader. I need to go stealth. I can read them at work without having to click on many links and have them show up in my browsing history:)
ReplyDeleteI'm in a very small minority of folks that really prefers a short feed in my reader, then I'll click through if it grabs my attention. Because while I love the convenience of Reader, I'll admit I leave a lot fewer comments that way.

ReplyDeleteI prefer reading blogs on the actual blog so that I can comment. I do like the reader because I never miss anything on my favorite blogs that way. However, if I want to comment, I have to click off and go to the original blog. What they need to do is figure out a way you can comment (from) Reader.
