1--Safe flights (five of them!), 4 with window seats.
2--A relief from my allergies, despite all of these:
3--Seeing my little brother (yes, he's my Little brother!) and his wife ready to have a baby (and convincing him to take some pictures!)
4--Having a super cool sister in law who works for my cell phone company. A new phone for me!
5--Sunsets on snow-capped mountains. Not a view I get from home....
6--Waking up to this view out my bedroom window every morning.
7--My baggage arrived on time, and my suitcase on the way back home (with new clothes for EVERYbody) was 2.5 lbs UNDER limit. Yahoo! Did I mention that my mom and I love to shop?!
8--Tulips. They seem to all be gone already in my area (this is my sister's yard)
9--Seeing my niece (and one of my nephews, too, briefly) but not having to be the Mommy for a few days. Oh! What a marvelous break!
10--My new haircut! I took this picture at the very end of the day. I am happy to say that I was able to do it myself this morning and make it look decent. AND CandyMan likes it, too. ;)
It was a glorious weekend, despite the way it started. I slept in, ate out, didn't have to worry about another soul or any house work....and my mom has the most awesome shower in the world. I wish I could show you guys. I love it.I'm back now, and it's full power forward. Yes, the stresses of my life met me at the door, but I was just a little bit stronger to greet them today.
