Flashback to Winter 1992

Freshman year of college. Having the time of my life. Tons of great friends. But I still missed my family. Lucky for me, Grandma and Grandpa had recently moved to my college town, and it was a great excuse for my family to come visit during Winter Break. The California guys enjoyed playing in the snow....Here's my baby sister (who's not a little kid anymore. I have kids older than she was here! Weird!)

And my little brother who just called yesterday to let me know he and his wife are having a baby BOY!! It's their first, and I am thrilled for them!

I had to throw this picture of my bro and my dear Grandpa in. He was an amazing man, and I miss him.

I love this picture.....I can just hear Grandpa saying: "She cooks. I wash." It was his routine. Every night. A unique man who didn't follow the norm of his time. He actually helped in the kitchen!

I had to include a photo of ME from their winter trip. This is me and my little sister in my dorm room. Ahh. The freshman dorms. What a time!
